Acer 24-Inch WQHD Predator Monitor Features ZeroFrame Design, 144Hz Refresh Rate With up to 165Hz Overclocking
Acer is expending its Predator monitor line-up in the United States with a new 24-inch flat-screen model featuring WQHD (2560x1440) resolution in a ZeroFrame design for multi- monitor set-ups. Outfitted with NVIDIA G-SYNC technology and an 1ms response time, the monitor renders fast- moving actions and transitions without smearing or ghosting. The Predator XB241YU delivers supports the 100% of the sRGB color gamut, while NVIDIA ULMB technology reduces motion blur. Its 144Hz refresh rate can be overclocked up to 165Hz, speeding up the frames per second for gamers.
Featuring GameView technology, gamers can toggle between three customizable display profiles to tweak settings while gaming without the need to navigate the OSD menu. Special settings include dark boost (black level adjustment) to see every threat, aim-point assistance for getting a jump on opponents and perfecting the shot and selecting the on-screen refresh rate.
The Predator XB241YU utilizes flicker-less, blue-light filter, ComfyView and low-dimming technologies to help safeguard the eyes from blue light emissions, which may help reduce eye strain and fatigue. The adjustable stand provides height adjustment up to 5.9 inches and a quick release design easily disconnects the display from the stand for VESA wall mounting. It also provides handy cable management to keep the desk free from clutter. Connectivity includes HDMI, DisplayPort v1.2 and a USB 3.0 hub (1 up/4 down), while two 2W stereo speakers deliver quality audio.
