Google Nexus 4 Now Cheaper In Some Markets
Google has cut the price of the Nexus 4 in some countries including the U.K. and the U.S., where the smartphone now costs from $199.
The price drop comes at a time when Google-owned Motorola has made a comeback with the Moto X and Apple is getting ready for the launch of new phones in less than two weeks.
In addition to the U.S. and U.K., Google has also cut the price of the Nexus 4 in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and South Korea. The smartphone now costs from £159 in the U.K. and €199 in France, down from £239 and €299.
The Nexus 4 has a 4.7-inch screen with a 1280 x 738 pixel resolution. It comes equipped with 2GB of RAM and either 8GB or 16GB of integrated storage.
On Wednesday, the new Nexus 7 became also available outside the U.S.
