LG Teases With Video With Upcoming G2 Smartphone
LG will most probably unveil its follow-up to the Optimus G early next month. The company has posted a video on Youtube about the phone, inviting users at event in New York on August 7th.
Under the "Great 2 Have You!" moto, the video, aside from the name, provides no other clues about the phone itself. "To me, you are perfect, From G" is the message flashed repeatedly throughout the video, along with images from the point of view of a person holding a camera or smartphone. In the invite sent to reporters, "Great 2 Have You!" uses a large G and 2.
Rumors have LG G2 to come with a 5.2-inch Full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor running at 2.3GHz, 3GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization.
