Following the recently launched internal PX-800A & PX-810SA DVD ReWriters, Plextor announced its new high end external drive - the PX-810UF. The PX-810UF comes with a dual interface for extra flexibility ? with both USB 2.0 and FireWire (IEEE 1394) connectors on the rear panel (as denoted by 'UF' abbreviation). In addition, the drive comes with a software package suitable for all users - Nero 7 Essentials (including Nero Express 7), and Plextools Professional LE which offers more features and options for advanced users.



The PX-810UF , which can burn a single layer disc in just 5,5 minutes, is capable of the following DVD/CD speeds:
