Production of iPhone7 Starts At Foxconn's factory: report
Apple's contract manufacturer Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. (Foxconn) reportedly has begun production of the iPhone7 in preparation for its expected September release. Provided that the new iPhone 7 devices will be announced this September, obviously the production of the devices starts a couple of months earlier.
A Tweet by a user called Malignant shows a photo purportedly of the iPhone7 camera lens kit, obviously shot into Foxconn's facilities.
A French technology news tipster @OnLeaks has also tweeted that production of Apple's 4.7-inch iPhone 7 has started at facilities owned by another Apple contract manufacturer Pegatron.
In addition, Chinese media reported recently that Foxconn had released information about the iPhone7 Plus, saying that the device's dual cameras and wireless charging features would be launched alongside a stable version of iOS 10, Apple's latest mobile operating system.
There have been market speculations that Pegatron will assemble a small part of the iPhone7, while Hon Hai will manufacture most of the device and exclusively assemble the iPhone7 Plus.
