Samsung unveiled GALAXY Premier, a slightly more affordable version of its top-end Galaxy S3 smartphone on Wednesday. The GALAXY Premier will be available from November starting in Russia and rolled out to selective regions including Southeast Asia, China and South Korea. It will be available on 3G and LTE networks dependent on territory and carrier.

The AndroidTM 4.1 smarphone looks much like the Galaxy S3, but has a slightly smaller 4.65-inch display with lower resolution (1280 x 720.) It also has lower processor and RAM specifications.

It also packs face-detection software, voice-activated apps multimedia sharing, S Beam, Smart Stay, Direct Call, Pop-up Play, and Best Photo.
