Sharp to Exit TV And Home Appliance European Markets
As part of its reconstructing plan, Japanese Sharp Corp. is pulling out of the European market for liquid crystal display televisions and home appliances.
The company has not yet officially announced it sspecific plans but we learn that it will focus on growing markets like Asia.
Sharp has already followed the specific business model in the U.S., as the company has licensed its U.S. TV business.
For Europe, Sharp will most probably follow a similar tactic by striking deals with other smaller companies that will produce and sell its products in Euriope.
