Verizon to Offer FiOS Service With No Contract

Verizon to Offer FiOS Service With No Contract

Enterprise & IT Jun 21,2010 0

Verizon is changed prices for its high-speed fiber-optic TV and Internet package, called FiOS, so that users can sign up on a month-to-month basis, without a contract. The service bundles cable television broadband Internet and home telephone and will cost $99 per month before taxes.

Before the pricing change, FiOS customers had to pay a $20-per-month premium to subscribe to the service without a contract, but the company is offering extra flexibility to users not interested in committing to a two-year contract.

Interested customers can check for FiOS availability at the Verizon website.
