Plextor has started rolling out the M2S series of SSDs in several European countries. The first quantity of the Plextor SSD is available now in the UK with Scan. Last month Plextor introduced the M2S Series of SSDs featuring a SATA 6Gb/s interface. The SSDs boast sequential read speeds up to 480 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 330 MB/s. The SSDs are based on Marvell 88SS9174 control chips and are available in 3 different capacities: 64GB, 128GB and 256GB.
