Microsoft's First Nokia-free Lumia Coming Next Week
Microsoft’s first Lumia phone without Nokia-branding will be revealed on November 11, according to a post on the Nokia Conversations blog. The blog post shows a peek at a corner of the new phone, the hashtag #MoreLumia and the instruction to check back next week.
Details on the features of the first Microsoft-branded Lumia are not available, but it is expected to be a low-budget handset.
A submission to Chinese regulators suggests it’ll have a 5-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
For sure, the handset retains Nokia's familiar design and will be the first to sport Microsoft's logo.
