Today Dell announced the Venue 10 7000, the newest device in their line of Android high-end tablets. The Venue 10 7000 is based on the Intel Atom Z3580 SoC, features the Intel RealSense camera technology, and has a 10.5" AMOLED display (2560x1600). It weighs 598 grams and will be available with up to 32GB of storage and 2GB of DRAM. The product will ship worldwide in the "coming weeks".

It will run Android 5.0 on a quad-core Intel Atom chip code-named Moorefield. Other features include a two-megapixel front camera, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro-SD slot. The tablet will provide roughly seven to 10 hours of battery life, according to Dell.

The design of the Venue 10 is similar to the Venue 8.

The features come at a price. The tablet will sell for US$499, which also gets you 16GB of storage. For $629 you can have an attachable keyboard as well.
