Nokia X71 with 48-megapixel Camera Launched in Taiwan
HMD Global is introducing the Nokia X71, a new smartphone armed with a 48-megapixel camera and a hole-punch display.
Launched in Taiwan today, the smartphone uses a Snapdragon 660 processor running Android 9 Pie, comes with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, a 3,500mAh battery, and a triple-camera system on the rear with Zeiss-certified lenses (48mp + 8mp wide + 5mp depth and 16mp f/2.0 front shooter.) The LCD up front measures 6.39 inches with a 19.3:9 aspect ratio and an FHD+ resolution (1:1140 contrast, 500 nits, 96% NTSC.)
The mid-range device is set for release in Taiwan on April 30th and will probably appear to international markets under the Nokia 8.1 Plus branding.
