ADATA Launches Industrial-Grade DDR4-3200 32GB and XPG SPECTRIX D50 DDR4 RGB 32GB Memory Modules

ADATA Launches Industrial-Grade DDR4-3200 32GB and XPG SPECTRIX D50 DDR4 RGB 32GB Memory Modules

PC components Apr 14,2020 0

ADATA Technology is launching its industrial-grade 32GB DDR4-3200 memory modules as well as the XPG SPECTRIX D50 DDR4 RGB memory module for gamers.

DDR4-3200 32GB

With tested transfer rates of up to 3200MT/S and 32GB of capacity, the modules are designed for segments and applications experiencing continuous growth of temporarily stored data as a result of 5G network and AIoT deployment. These segments and applications include telecommunications, surveillance systems, autonomous vehicles, medical equipment, and industrial robots among others.

The modules come in U-DIMM, SO-DIMM, R-DIMM, ECC-DIMM, and ECC SO-DIMM variants and are compatible with the latest 3rd Gen AMD RYZEN and 10th Gen Intel Core processors. Utilizing a 288-pin design, operating voltage has been reduced from 1.5V on DDR3 to 1.2V, which not only helps save power by 20%, but also boosts transfer bandwidth speed.

ADATA DDR4-3200 32GB memory modules feature anti-sulfuration technology to counter the harmful effects of silver sulfide buildup. These modules can also operate optimally in a wide range of temperatures, from -40°C to 85°C. The modules undergo sulfuration and reliability testing, which subjects their components to a high-sulfur, high-temperature, and high-humidity environment to confirm their compliance with the ASTM B809-95 specification.

All ADATA DDR4-3200 32GB memory modules also meet JEDEC and RoHS standards to guarantee compatibility, stability, and environmentally friendliness.

XPG SPECTRIX D50 DDR4 RGB 32GB Memory Module

The XPG SPECTRIX D50 DDR4 RGB memory module is reaching performance of up to 4800 MHz, sporting a maximum capacity of 32GB, and features a geometric design.

It supports the latest Intel and AMD platforms and sports a heatsink with a wall thickness of nearly 2 mm for durability. The D50 support Intel XMP 2.0 for stable overclocking without the need to go into BIOS.

The XPG D50 features a clean and elegant exterior with simple geometric lines and a triangular RGB panel. With the XPG RGB Sync app or a RGB software from motherboard brands, users can switch between three RGB modes - Static, Breathing, and Comet. In addition to the three modes, they can also set it to Music mode to synchronize with their favorite songs.

The 4800 MHz and 4600 MHz as well as all 32 GB variants will be available beginning in May. All other variants will be available beginning in April.
