MSI Welcomes the World’s First ATX 3.0 Compliant PSU
MSI is welcoming two new ATX 3.0 compliant power supply units: the MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 and MPG A1000G PCIE5. Both power supply unit series put heavy emphasis on being ready for all high-performing future graphics cards and components while providing utilitarian features to the user. The MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 is 80 PLUS Platinum Certified while the MPG A1000G PCIE5 is 80 PLUS Gold Certified.
ATX 3.0 Compliant and PCIe 5.0 Ready
Both the MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 and MPG A1000G PCIE5 have a port that is compliant with PCIe 5.0 and Intel PSDG ATX 3.0. The native 16 PIN PCIe connector makes the power supplies ready for all high-performing future graphics cards. The connector can freely pipe up to 600W of power to PCIe 5.0 graphics cards. The power supplies can also hold up to 2x total power excursion and 3x GPU power excursion, fully ready for all future high performing components.
Gaming Intelligence for Improved User Experience
The MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 stands out among all other power supply units. There is an smart chip in this power supply. Through this MCU, it can be controlled through software to provide the best user experience. With Gaming Intelligence, a series of MSI exclusive software integrated functions designed to help users control and better understand their computer system. Through the MSI Center, this power supply help monitors the real-time status of the percentage of power supplied to GPU and CPU and the total system wattage used. The fan can switch between Performance or Silent Mode depending on the loading and temperature. Lastly, it can switch between single and multi-rail according to the needs of users while taking into account high current output and safety protection.
Silent Operation Is a Given
The MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 and MPG A1000G PCIE5 are capable of quietly operating at all times without disturbing the surroundings. The MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 features MSI’s exclusive MEG Silent Gale P12 fan, through the MSI Center, Intelligent Fan Mode which automatically detects the power loading and internal temperature to adjust the fan speed. Similarly, the MPG A1000G PCIE5’s fan 0 RPM Mode can stop the fan’s operation when TDP is below 40% to help with energy saving and provide silence (the 0% RMP Mode is on by default, please press the button if you wish to turn it off).
