Crucial has a long tradition in releasing quality products that, in the past, were much behind the competition, since Micron/Crucial followed JEDEC suggestions and never really pushed products to the limits, offering overclocked products for enthusiast users. But the market has changed, and now Crucial/Micron follows the trend of OC products, and we had already seen a Crucial Pro OC 6400 CL38 product, and now Crucial improves this product with a lower CL, DDR5-6400 CL32 memory kit, offered only in a 32GB configuration (2X16GB). There is support for both Intel XMP and AMD's EXPO profiles in one kit, so you don't have to worry about which memory module you should buy. The retail package is simple, and the black/camo appearance of the heatspreader does look very nice. The low height offers maximum CPU cooler compatibility, while there is no RGB present. The kit needs 1.35V for the 6000/6400MHz memory profiles, and in both settings, we got stable memory. There are no further overclocking rooms for this product, at least with our test PC system (AMD 7950X + X670E Motherboard)

Recently, DDR5 prices have hiked up, and now the retail price of the Crucial Pro OC DDR5-6400 CL32 32GB Memory kit is around $300, making it higher priced than the Pro OC DDR5-6000 version ($250) and the Pro OC DDR5-6400 version ($270). There are a lot of proposals on the market, and provided that you can find the Crucial DDR5 Pro OC 6400 CL32 at a lower retail price than what Crucial posts at the official website, we can suggest this product, even though there is strong competition from other vendors that are using Hynix chipsets that offer similar specs and have room for further tuning/overclocking.
