Esoteric Grandioso P1X and D1X Models Launch in March

Esoteric Grandioso P1X and D1X Models Launch in March

Consumer Electronics Feb 15,2019 0

Teac's Esoteric has announced the release of the Esoteric Grandioso P1X and D1X digital source systems, designed for serious audiophiles with big pockets.

The latest type P1X is equipped with a newly developed super audio CD transport mechanism "VRDS-ATLAS". The Monoblock D/A converter of the D1X uses ESOTERIC's new 64-bit DAC circuit. The devices also use the new ES-LINK 5 digital transmission technology and more powerful output buffer amplifier.

ESOTERIC has developed the transmission format called ES-LINK5, which allows DSD 768kHz/48bit PCM ultrawideband (22.5 MHz) digital transmission through the HDMI cables. In addition to ultra-wide bandwidth, ESOTERIC sought high sound quality through its "Pure D/A" concept, in which the D/A converter specializes in its original function of D/A conversion processing.
