PC components May 10,2005 0

Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. today announced its 100GB 2.5" SATA hard disk drive. The latest Fujitsu mobile hard disk drive maximizes Native Command Queuing (NCQ) performance, offers low power consumption, higher shock tolerance, quiet operation, and complies with the Restriction ofHazardous Substances (RoHS) standards.

The Fujitsu MHV2100BH series hard disk drive features a hardware accelerator that maximizes NCQ performance, an important feature that enables the hard disk drive controller to intelligently and simultaneously queue and reorder up to 32 instructions, resulting in a significant improvement in overall hard disk drive performance.
