New Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM Phones Coming Next Month

Microsoft has announced two new basic phones mainly for the Asian market, the Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM. The Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM have two 2-megapixel cameras one on the back and one on the front. Both cameras include LED flash. Users can activate the camera using the shortcut camera key and seasily share their pictures to social media through a dedicated button.

The Nokia 230 has a 2.8-inch screen, a video player, FM radio and an MP3 player. It can accept a memory card (up to 32 GB) and offers access to the Opera Store.

Browsing the Web is fast using Bing Search and the Opera Mini Browser. And MSN Weather can provide meteorological assistance.

Both devices feature an aluminium back cover?available in silver or dark silver.

Talk time is up to 23 hours for both devices, with a standby time of up to 27 days for the Nokia 230 Single SIM and up to 22 days for the Nokia 230 Dual SIM. And for added convenience, the phones' LED flash can double as a torch.

The Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM cost $55 USD before local taxes and subsidies and will be available around the world with sales starting in December in India, Asia, and the Middle East. Other markets will follow in 2016.
