NTI Adds HD and Blu-ray Support to NTI Media Maker 9 Ultimate
NTI announced today the shipping of Media Maker 9 Ultimate HD Edition, a creativity suite with added support for Blu-ray authoring and Blu-ray playback.
Media Maker 9 Ultimate HD is designed so that users of any skill level can
quickly create CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs. With the new NTI BD Maker
application, you can create Blu-ray movies, and turn high-resolution photos into
slideshows complete with music and transitions.
The software supports M2T, M2TS, MP4, AVC to create a Blu-ray (BD) movie and entertaining slideshows. NTI Media Maker 9 can edit together the best parts of your videos and pictures, and automatically add transitions and effects to synchronize with your background music.
NTI Media Maker 9 also includes Video Converter to convert videos for playback on an iPod, PSP, Zune and other portable video players. With Video_TS split, the software can be used to create DVDs from the video collection stored on the user's hard drive onto one or more DVDs without losing any image quality.
Media Maker also supports Multi-Burning so multiple drives can be used to create CDs and DVDs from at the same time. The software suite also features a new Test Drive utility for testing media as well as optical and hard drives. And to optimize media storage capacity so videos can be recorded at a higher resolution, NTI DVD Fit can be used to copy only the movie, leaving out the extras. Once a task has been set up, users can take advantage of options to Computer Turn Off, Hibernate, Standby, or Log Off feature that will automatically take effect when task is completed.
