One-Blue will offer licensing for products that comply with patents essential to the following Ultra HD Blu-ray standards issued by the Blu-ray Disc Association:

  • System Description Blu-ray Disc Read-Only Format (Ultra HD Blu-ray) Part 1, Basic Format Specifications, Version 2.0, May 2015

One-Blue will announce the availability of agreements and the royalty rates applicable to Ultra HD Blu-ray products in the coming months.

In the meantime, One-Blue is asking any party that believes it has a patent which is essential to the above Ultra HD Blu-ray standards or to the Blu-ray Disc Standards, DVD Standards or CD Standards and would like to participate in these programs as a licensor, to submit its patent for an evaluation of essentiality by One-Blue's selected patent evaluation law firms identified at http://www.one-blue.com/patent-evaluation/ .
