Plextor Europe is proud to present its new, high-speed CD-ReWritable drive with USB 2.0 interface: the PlexWriter 24/10/40U. he PlexWriter 24/10/40U writes at 24x, rewrites at 10x and reads at 40x. his new Plextor product is equipped with BURN-Proof Technology, which means no more irritating buffer underrun errors. The PlexWriter 24/10/40U is also equipped with a new technology, PoweRec II, which first checks the quality of CD and then ensures that the optimum writing speed is used. This enables CDs of the highest quality to be produced. The PlexWriter 24/10/40U will be available from January 2002. The Retail version comprises: PlexWriter 24/10/40U, 1 CD-R disk, 1 CD-R/W disk, 1 power adapter, USB cable, CD Recording software Nero + InCD, Plextor Utility software (PlexTools) and a manual in 16 languages.
