Samsung to Release Galaxy A80 with 180 Degree Rotating Camera
Samsung Electronics will unveil on April 10 the Galaxy A80, the first Galaxy phone equipped with a rotating camera, at A Galaxy Event to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on April 10.
The Galaxy A80 is the first Samsung smartphone to adopt a rotating camera that turns the lens 180 degrees. You can use a rotating camera to take pictures from the front and back of the phone. The Galaxy A80 is expected to have three lenses with 48 million pixels, 8 million pixels, and a time of flight (ToF) sensor, respectively.
In addition, the Galaxy A80 is likely to be equipped with a 6.7-inch organic light emitting diode (OLED) display and a 3,700 mAh battery. Storage capacity is estimated to be 64 GB or 128 GB in 6 GB RAM.
Samsung will hold the “A Galaxy Event” in Bangkok, Thailand, Milan, Italy, as well as Sao Paulo, Brazil. The company’s strategy is to target Asia, Europe and South America markets at once with its new A series.
