If omething go wrong with your computer, Samsung is offering a new way to get the help you need: S Service. S Service is a live, online customer support service, letting anyone connect directly with a service agent through one-to-one remote support via their PC.

The service is available in English during weekdays from the United States (GMT +9 Mon 9:00am to Fri 11:59pm).

In order to get online help, users should download the the app at g-sis.co.kr and install it to their PCs (works on Windows 8 and higher). The system will automatically tell you how long the wait is for the help and how many other people are waiting.
