Toshiba Launches New USB 3 Pen Drives

Toshiba has launched in Europe a new range of entry-level USB 3.0 flash memory USB drives. Available in capacities of 8GB (THNV08DAIBLK), 16GB (THNV16DAIBLK), 32GB (THNV32DAIBLK(6) and 64GB (THNV64DAIBLK), the TransMemory drives come in black color with other colours to follow.

The drives are measuring 55mm by 18mm by 8mm and are powered by a USB port, while they remain fully backward compatible with Hi Speed USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 standards.

They have been optimised for use with Mac OS X 10.6.6 and higher, Windows Vista,Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1.



Three writable stickers will be included with the drives so that multiple USB drives can be easily distinguished from each other.
