ZOTAC Technology officially announced the VR GO 2.0, a VR Backpack PC refreshed from the ground up to deliver high-end performance repackaged into a more compact, ergonomic chassis.

The system comes with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics with 8GB memory, an Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB DDR4 memory. It is further equipped with centralized ports and top mounted I/O ports dedicated for easy VR HMD connectivity.

The new backpack design features an even weight distribution, added foam padding on the back support and shoulder straps, and an extended length back support, allowing the system to sit further away from the back for better ventilation and comfort.

The hot-swappable batteries and external battery charging dock enable up to 1.5 hours of uninterrupted action. It’s also smarter with an easily visible battery life indicator and features an audible alert when power is low.

The new SPECTRA 2.0 Lighting is now equipped with more powerful LEDs, offering more fine-tuned colors and smooth transitions.

In 2 steps, the VR GO 2.0 becomes a powerful and compact gaming system. And like all ZOTAC Mini PCs, the backpack PC is open to upgrades - add memory, expand storage, or connect additional accessories or peripherals.
