Next Windows To Launch With More Elegant Internet Browser: report
Windows 10 will reportedly launch with an entirely new version of nternet Explorer dubbed "Spartan," which is said to be a lightweight alternative to the IE 11.
The new browser will also support third-party extensions and could also be ported to operate to other platforms besides Windows, such as iOS and Android.
Mary Jo Foley of ZDNet reports that Spartan could ship alongside Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10, due sometime in the latter half of 2015.
The browser will also use Microsoft?s Chakra JavaScript engine and Microsoft?s Trident rendering engine, according to Foley.
