Hitachi LG Data Storage (HLDS), the data storage unit of LG Electronics, slapped a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics Co. on charges of illegal scouting of employees and stealing company information. According to HLDS, seven of its former employees who moved to Samsung Electronics, took with them top-secret business information.

The company said it had sent a warning to Samsung Electronics.

Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics said it had no idea that the employees were previously working for HLDS and that they were fired upon finding out the news.
