The included 120mm fan is a 4-pole fan motor and spins up to 1300rpm with 16.5dB (A) at 100% load. be quiet! lists the included fan as their own design mainly for silence. The overall noise seems very good.

For our tests, we used the following test PC system:

  • AMD 7950X
  • Asus ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFI Motherboard with the latest BIOS
  • MSI 4070 GAMING X TRIO 12G with the latest Nvidia Drivers installed
  • Crucial 2x16 DDR5-6000 Memory
  • OCCT Enterprise Edition latest version (Power Test)
  • Windows 11 Pro Edition + latest updates installed

Stressing the Pure Power 13M 750Watt needs something equal to an NVIDIA 4070 Graphics card, since the used in other tests MSI 4090 isn't proper for this PSU category. We didn't notice any problems during our testing and the newly designed VGA connector that the ATX3.1 standard orders worked very well, in general, we didn't have any problems with the 12VHPWR connector in our tests with the various PSU we also had tested in past.

- Conslusion

The be quiet! Pure Power 13M 750Watt power supply series is the annual update from be quiet! to include the latest technologies and updates for efficiency and internal design changes. The new model has higher power efficiency compared with the previous Pure Power 12 series, and also the internal design changes lowered the overall produced noise as well, both changes are welcomed. The product supports the latest ATX standard especially the ATX 3.1 that has a re-design of the 12VHPWR connector for NVIDIA graphic cards since all AMD cards are still using the PCI-e 6+2-pin connector. Users can select from 550Watt up to 1000Watt models, depending on their system needs. The retail price of the 750Watt model is around $119.90 / €119.90, which is higher compared with the launch price of the Pure Power 12 series. Overall the Pure Power 13M series are entry-level power supplies and be quiet! is very confident of its products, since it includes a 10-year warranty even for their entry-level series. The product has everything you need to start building your system since a good PSU is the foundation of your new PC build. Great product from be quiet! and it highly deserves your attention.
