LG Unveils New Network Monitors
LG Electronics today introduced its next-generation P Series Network Monitors for "cloud computing" at InfoComm 2011.
LG?s P Series Network Monitor (model N1910LZ 19-inch LED) uses zero client virtual computing technology to connect a server host and simultaneously redistribute its capabilities to multiple users through Internet Protocol (IP).
The P Series Network Monitor system utilizes a Teradici PCoIP (PC-over-IP) Chipset and VMWare software to deliver a secure virtual solution that broadens integrated computing beyond designated labs to offices and classrooms. The zero client virtualization cloud computing software enables a single server to support more monitors than previously possible. With enough bandwidth, one server computer can potentially support more than 100 redistributed systems.
