Samsung Electronics has just announced the 21.5-inch TC222W and the 23.6-inch TC242W all-in-one cloud monitors, powered by AMD Embedded G-Series SoCs that couple compute and graphics capability in a low power design. Planned availability starting in Q3 2015, the Windows-supported Samsung cloud monitors offer a good option for desktop virtualization. They are using an AMD GX222 APU (2.2GHz Dual-core SoC), a 32GB SSD and they support fullHD resolutions. They combine ergonomic designs with thin-client technology to drive better security and business efficiency through a dedicated Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
