TRAXDATA Launches RS-MMC and miniSD PRO
Traxdata introduces the smallest memory cards ever created with the greatest performance.
The new Traxdata RS-MMC and Traxdata miniSD PRO are highly integrated flash memory cards based on innovations in semiconductor technology. These cards are specifically designed to meet the performance, capacity, ruggedness, and size demanded from newly emerging audio and video consumer electronic devices.
Traxdata RS-MMC? and Traxdata miniSD? PRO are based on an advanced interface that enables excellent data transfer performances. The new Traxdata miniSD? PRO provides reading speeds up to 10MB per second and writing speeds up to 8MB per second. In addition it provides cryptographic security to protect copyrighted data. Traxdata RS-MMC? and Traxdata miniSD? PRO also feature low power consumption. Both cards are non-volatile, which means that they do not require power to retain the data stored. They are solid-state devices, so they have no moving parts to skip or fail.
These convenient and removable flash memory cards of such small dimensions are a perfect choice of storage medium for portable devices such as digital cameras, MP3 Walkman, PDA?s, Smart Phones or any other applications that require high mobility and high reliability.
Both series, Traxdata RS-MMC? and Traxdata miniSD? PRO, will be soon available in capacities of 128MB, 256MB and 512 MB. Prices will vary depending on storage capacity.
