Disc Navigator (HDD)
If the hard disc drive is selected as the recording/playback medium, the disc navigator menu can be used for managing the recorded video.
As you can see, there are a lot of features offered for managing the recordings. One extra feature found here, is the ability to sort in groups, recordings on the hard drive. There are four hardcoded groups, named group1-4, that can be renamed to suit everones taste and needs. So a group can be assigned on each recording, and subsequently we can filter the displayed recordings to see only the ones from a specific group. When using the play option, we can see below the selected recording some information such as the time it was recorded, the channel name, the recording quality and the total time. Each recording can be previewed in this screen simply by highlighting it.
