Sprint announced that the budget-friendly Lumia 635 smartphone is coming to their Sprint brands including Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile USA. The Lumia 635 is the first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone to launch on Sprint’s network and the first Lumia smartphone to be made available for Sprint’s prepaid customers.

Starting on December 23rd, the Lumia 635 will be available in cyan online at Boost Mobile and in white online at Virgin Mobile USA for $99.99 (U.S.) excluding tax. Then on January 9th, the Lumia 635 will also be available at Boost Mobile’s retail stores, wireless dealers and later in the month at retail locations.

The Lumia 635 comes with features such as the Cortana personal digital assistant, and Action Center to manage all your notifications and quick access to important settings. You can also make the Start screen yours with apps from the Windows Phone Store and organize them the way you want with folders.
